Umingle Suddenly Banned Me Without Warning After an F12 Trick

I have been using Umingle through the website on my Android phone, and two days ago my account was suddenly banned without warning.

While I was using Umingle, I met another user from Malaysia who told me to press the F12 key on my phone. I did not know that doing this could cause any issue or affect my account in any way. However, immediately after following that instruction, my screen suddenly displayed a message saying, “You are banned.”

Since that moment, I have completely lost access to Umingle. Every time I try to open or use the website, it only shows that my account is banned, and I cannot continue using the platform at all.

I never received any prior warning, explanation, or notification regarding any rule violation, and before this incident I had never contacted support or experienced any issue with my account. Because of the timing of the ban, I strongly believe the restriction happened only because I followed the instruction given by another user, without understanding the consequences.

I kindly request that Umingle carefully review my case and lift the ban on my account so I can continue using and enjoying the platform again. I would also appreciate receiving a clear explanation regarding the reason for the ban so I can avoid anything similar happening in the future.
