I Need Umingle to Review and Remove My Unfair Account Ban

I am using an iPhone 11 and I access Umingle through Safari. Until yesterday I was able to use my account without any issues, but today, when I tried to log in with my Google account, I received a message saying that I am banned for explicit messages. I am very surprised by this because I did not share any explicit or inappropriate content and I believe I have not violated any rules. I mainly use Umingle just to meet new friends and have a positive experience, so this sudden ban feels very unfair to me. I cannot contact support from within the app, so I am submitting this complaint in the hope that my situation will be reviewed. I kindly request that my account, which is registered via my Google account, be checked in detail and that the ban be lifted if there is no clear evidence of a violation. If there is a misunderstanding or an error in the system, I would like it to be corrected as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle in a safe and normal way.
