I have been using Umingle on my Samsung A36 Android device, and about an hour ago my account was suddenly banned on the grounds of sending explicit messages, which I absolutely did not do. I was very surprised to see that I was restricted without any valid reason or prior warning. I request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed and that the ban be lifted as soon as possible. I want the messages and activities associated with my account to be checked carefully so it can be clearly seen that I did not send any explicit content. I expect my account to be reactivated and this unfair ban to be removed.
