I have been experiencing repeated bans on the Umingle web platform over the last two days, and I would like this issue to be reviewed. My account has been banned twice in this short period, and each time it happened right after I sent certain messages. I believe I have been using the platform within normal and respectful limits, so these sudden bans are both confusing and upsetting for me.
