I have been experiencing repeated bans on the Umingle web platform over the last two days, and I would like this issue to be reviewed. My account has been banned twice in this short period, and each time it happened right after I sent certain messages. I believe I have been using the platform within normal and respectful limits, so these sudden bans are both confusing and upsetting for me. I have not yet contacted Umingle customer support directly about this issue, but I am now raising it here because I want the situation to be investigated carefully. I would like to understand why my account keeps getting banned after messaging and whether there is any specific rule I am allegedly violating. My main expectation from Umingle is to receive clear assurance that, once this situation is reviewed and resolved, my account will not be unfairly banned again in the future. I kindly request that my bans be checked, my account usage be evaluated fairly, and that I be informed of the result with an explanation of any steps I should take to avoid similar problems.
