Umingle Banned Me for Age Misunderstanding Without Warning

I was using the Umingle website through my browser when I was suddenly given an instant ban, even though I did not violate any rules. During the chat, I clearly stated that I am 19 years old and only mentioned that I might look 17, but I never claimed to be underage. Despite this, I was immediately banned without any warning or proper explanation. I believe this action is unfair and based on a misunderstanding of what I wrote. I was honest about my age and had no intention of misleading anyone or violating the platform’s terms of use. I kindly request that this ban be reviewed, that the chat logs from that conversation be checked to confirm my statement, and that my access to Umingle be restored.
