Request To Review My Banned Umingle Account After Just Getting It Back Today

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my recent ban from Umingle and to ask that my access be reinstated. On April 3rd, my account was banned without any clear explanation, and I was very surprised and disappointed to lose access again after a previous misunderstanding. My Ban ID is b4273***. Before this latest ban, I only had two conversations. In the first, I reported a user who made me uncomfortable by asking my age and then reacting harshly when I said I do not use social media. They insisted that everyone has social media and implied I must be lying, which is why I chose to report that account. In the second conversation, I had a friendly and respectful exchange with another user, where we shared useful and funny information about our cultures and countries and had a genuinely enjoyable discussion. During this positive conversation, I mentioned briefly that I needed to step away to use the washroom, and the other person kindly offered to wait until I returned. We continued chatting, and later I suggested that they should get some rest because it was after 3 a.m. in their time zone, while it was around 8 p.m. in Trinidad and Tobago where I am located. I also briefly mentioned that I had been banned before, only as a harmless comment to caution them about being careful on the platform, not to violate any rules or encourage anything inappropriate. I genuinely do not understand what could have triggered the system to ban me again. I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or rule-breaking, and I tried to communicate politely and respectfully at all times. I was truly happy to be using the app and was hoping to reconnect with someone I had previously spoken to before I was suddenly banned again, previously even after making just a joke. As soon as this second ban happened on April 3rd, I emailed Umingle support as a last resort to ask for clarification and help, but I have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed that I have had no feedback or explanation, especially since this affects my ability to keep meaningful connections and, as I understand it, may require payment just to have a chance to contact certain people again. I kindly request that my case be reviewed in detail and that my ban linked to Ban ID b4273*** be lifted. I hope you will see that I have made an effort to use the platform respectfully and that this situation can be resolved so I can continue using Umingle without losing my existing connections or being unfairly penalized.
