I Face Umingle Ban for Sexual Content I Never Shared

I am an Umingle user with the username “Hafiq” and my account was suddenly banned today on my iPhone with the explanation that I allegedly shared sexual content. I strongly reject this, because I have not shared, posted, or engaged in any sexual content or behavior on the platform. This situation makes me feel both unfairly accused and victimized, as I was using the application within normal and respectful limits. I was not shown any clear example or evidence of which content or action of mine was considered “sexual content,” so I do not understand the reason for this ban. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly about what exactly triggered this decision. If this is a mistake or an automatic system error, I ask that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the ban be removed from my record. I expect this unfair situation to be corrected promptly and my access to my Umingle account to be restored.
