This situation is both confusing and unfair, as I was banned without any action on my part that could justify such a decision, and I could not even find a clear way to contact support to resolve it. I was not logged into any account and had not created one when the ban message appeared. I request that my ban on Umingle be lifted and that my access to the site be restored, and I would appreciate an explanation of why this ban occurred on a first-time visit with no content shared.
