I was using Umingle on my browser and my account was suddenly banned a few minutes after I sent a private message where I wrote “you are very naughty,” clearly in the sense of how one might describe a playful or cheeky child, not with any sexual intent. After this, I lost access to my whole account and I can no longer use the service. I believe this ban is unfair because I did not intend anything sexual or inappropriate and, to my knowledge, I did not violate the platform rules. I also have not been given any clear explanation about why my account was blocked. I kindly request that my account be reviewed without asking me for any payment and that my access be restored if no genuine violation is found. I ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban and for the message in question to be evaluated in the context it was written.
