Unable To Contact Umingle Support After Sudden Account Ban
I have been using the Umingle website, and about a week ago, I was suddenly banned while accessing the platform from my home. After the ban, I saw that the stated reason was “explicit message.” However, I was not given any prior clear explanation or detailed warning about which specific content was considered explicit, and I do not know exactly what I did wrong.
I have not yet been able to contact Umingle support regarding this issue.
I request that my account and the ban be urgently reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the exact reason for the ban, and that this unjust restriction be removed so that I can continue using the service normally.
