How to Appeal Umingle Gender Searching Bans Without Paying Instant Unban Fees

I have been permanently banned from Umingle on 2 September 2026 while using the service on my Android phone and also via Chrome web, and I believe this decision is unfair. The ban screen shows Ban ID 59f493c4 and lists the reason as “Gender Searching”. In my messages I was only trying to clarify users’ gender (whether they are female or male) and I did not intend any abusive, sexual or dating‑app‑style behaviour. Despite this, my account was immediately given a lifetime ban. I have already contacted you through your contact form, but I have not received any response yet. I request that you review my case and the relevant chat logs in detail, explain clearly which specific rule I allegedly violated, and remove this lifetime ban if there is no serious violation. I also find it very problematic that the ban screen offers an “Instant Unban” option in exchange for a payment, and I do not think it is fair or ethical to ask users to pay to lift such bans. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently, reactivate my account without requiring any payment, and ensure that my account is not unfairly restricted again for similar conversations in the future.
