First Time Using Umingle And Got A Ban By Mistake

I recently used the Umingle website for the first time and my account was banned in a way I find unfair. While chatting with another user, that person kept insisting on knowing my name. In response I wrote only this sentence: “You wanna know if I’m a boy or a girl right?” Immediately after sending this message, my account was banned. I did not ask for or share any gender information and I believe my message did not violate your rules. I also believe you can easily verify this by checking the chat history of that conversation. When I tried to log back in, I was shown a ban screen asking for payment under “Instant Unban: $9.99 USD” in order to remove the ban. I find it very upsetting that I am being asked to pay to get unbanned for something I did not do wrong, especially as a first-time user. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the chat in question be checked, and my account be reactivated without any payment, as I believe this ban is a mistake. I also ask for any warning related to this incident to be removed from my record.
