Umingle Banned Me for Gender Searching and Wants Payment to Remove Ban

I was using Umingle on my iPad a short while ago and got banned while I was simply chatting over text. I was not sending any inappropriate content or trying to break any rules. At one point I just asked the other person “boy or girl” because I was curious, and I did not know that this could be against the rules or considered “gender searching”. Right after that, my account was banned with the reason “Gender Searching”. I genuinely do not remember seeing this clearly explained as a bannable offense in the rules, and I had no intention of causing any harm or violating any policy. I only asked once and was just trying to understand who I was talking to. Now when I try to access Umingle, I see a “You are banned” screen with a Ban ID and an option to instantly remove the ban only if I pay 9.99 USD. Since I did not knowingly break the rules and I have never made any purchases on Umingle, I find it very unfair that I am completely banned and being asked to pay money to get my access back. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted without any payment, since this was an unintentional situation and I was not informed clearly that such a simple question could lead to a permanent ban. I would like my access to Umingle to be restored so that I can continue using the platform while respecting the rules going forward.
