Disruptive Behavior Ban Appeal - Umingle

I am writing regarding a sudden ban placed on my Umingle account on the website for “disruptive behavior". A few minutes ago, when I tried to start using the site, I was notified that my account was banned, without any prior warning, explanation, or earlier notice. Since I started using Umingle, all I have done is talk to people and have a good time, and I have not engaged in disruptive behavior or intentionally broken any rules. I do not have an email or other contact information associated with the account, and as far as I know there is no visible username on my profile that I can provide, so I am relying on your system records to identify my account. I kindly request that you review this ban decision urgently, explain clearly why this ban was applied, and either remove the ban entirely or at least restore my account with a warning instead of a permanent ban. I would like to continue using Umingle in line with your community guidelines, and I ask for this situation to be reconsidered as soon as possible.
