Ultrabet recently deleted my balance of approximately 470,000₺, claiming that I could only withdraw up to 250 times my last deposit. This excuse is both unreasonable and unfair. If such a restriction exists, why allow players to continue winning beyond that limit? The balance should have been locked or halted once I reached the supposed cap.

I trusted Ultrabet and invested in the platform expecting fair play and transparent terms. This action has completely shattered my confidence in both Ultrabet and its licensing authority, Curaçao.
