Retrobet Deleted ₺83,000 from My Account

I deposited around ₺40,000 to Retrobet over several months, and based on their terms, I should have been able to withdraw up to 50 times that amount, capped at ₺500,000. Recently, I successfully withdrew ₺40,000, leaving ₺83,000 in my account. However, tonight my balance was reduced to ₺10,000 without explanation. They claim this happened because my last deposit was ₺1,000, which makes no sense. My previous deposits, made consistently over months, should also be considered.
