Udemy Login Verification Code Not Received

I have been experiencing a problem with my Udemy account login for a long time. On 5 May 2026, when I tried to log in again, the required verification code e‑mail did not reach me. The strange part is that I can receive all other Udemy e‑mails without any problem, but the login verification / verification code e‑mails never arrive. My Udemy account is registered with the e‑mail address koray_u***@hotmail.com. I have checked my inbox, spam and junk folders many times but there is no verification e‑mail. Since other messages from Udemy come through normally, it is clear that only the verification e‑mails are having a problem and this is not caused by my e‑mail usage. I had the same issue before and it was fixed from Udemy’s side. Despite this, now I only receive automatic replies when I send e‑mails about the problem, and the standard solution suggestions in those replies do not solve anything. Although it is very clear that the problem is system or server side, no real technical investigation seems to be carried out and the situation repeats. I request that the login verification code e‑mails for my account be technically examined on your servers and that the underlying problem be permanently resolved so I can access my Udemy account again without interruption.
