Udemy App Not Displaying Purchased Courses
I purchased a total of five courses on Udemy. When I log into my account through a desktop browser, all of these courses appear correctly and I can access them without any issues. However, when I use the Udemy app on my iPhone, none of my courses show up — even though I’m logged in with the exact same email address and account.
This issue has been ongoing for about three days. I haven’t had any payment problems, I haven’t canceled any subscriptions, and I haven’t created a second account — in other words, nothing on my end should be causing this issue. Since I couldn’t find a direct email or phone number for support on your website, I have been unable to contact Udemy directly.
I request that all of my purchased courses be restored and made fully visible in the iPhone app, that this synchronization issue be permanently resolved, and that I receive direct communication if necessary to clarify or resolve the problem.
