Konami ID Verification Emails Not Received

I have been using my Gmail address for my Konami ID for a long time and I always used to receive verification codes without any problem. However, for more than a month I have stopped receiving any verification code emails from Konami ID, even though I use the same Gmail address that is already linked to my Konami account. I have checked my Spam, Promotions, and all other folders many times and I have tried resending the verification code repeatedly, but the emails still do not arrive. Before this issue started, the verification codes always came through successfully to this Gmail address, so this is a new and ongoing problem. My expectation is to be able to receive Konami ID verification codes again at the same Gmail address that is already registered to my Konami ID, so that I can continue to use and access my account without issues. I kindly request that both Konami and Google/Gmail investigate this situation, check if there is any blocking, filtering, or technical problem affecting these emails, and restore the proper delivery of Konami ID verification messages to my Gmail address.
