I Report Unauthorized Changes and Loss of Access to My Hotmail Account

Since the beginning of 2025, I have been unable to access my Hotmail account (Er********@hotmail.com). When I try to reset my password, the system asks me to receive a verification code via my phone number, but I get the message: “this verification method is not working, try another method.”

I also noticed that an alternative recovery email (b******@gmail.com) has been added without my permission, and this address does not belong to me. This clearly shows that changes were made to my account without my authorization.

All my bank account details, online memberships, and personal information are linked to this email. I urgently request my account to be restored and my data to be secured. Even when I try to reset my password with my own login details, I am asked for two verification codes, which makes it impossible to log in.

I already reported the issue to Microsoft but have not received any response. In addition, I have not been notified of any suspicious activity, unknown device login, or security alert related to my account.

I demand an immediate solution to recover my account and ensure my information is protected.
