I recently made a purchase on Udemy, specifically the Hopoponomo course offered by M.... C..., on June 12, 2023. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email confirmation or access to the course materials. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I tried contacting their customer support via email, but I couldn't find a phone number to reach out to them directly. It's disheartening to see customers being left in the dark without any proper assistance. I am genuinely interested in learning and benefiting from the course I purchased, but the lack of response and support from Udemy is causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. I urge Udemy to take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide the necessary assistance to rectify the situation.
