Uber Didn't Refund My Payment For Nearly A Month


On the 13th of March, I booked a car from Dol de Bretagne to Mount St Michel twice, but no car was found, so I canceled the trip twice. Then I saw on my credit card statement that I had been charged twice. Even though they say they didn't charge anything and that it will be refunded due to bank policy, I still haven't received anything. It's April 5th! Uber doesn't seem professional anymore!
