Uber Charged Me for a Ride I Never Confirmed or Took
On March 27, 2025, in Berlin, I checked the Uber app to see the taxi fare from my hotel to the airport. When I saw the price, I decided not to take the ride and did not confirm the trip. However, despite not confirming or taking the ride, Uber charged my credit card ₺802.19 (around €18–19). I received no ride details, no driver assignment, and no receipt confirming a completed trip. It is clear from my app history that no journey was taken. I kindly request a refund of this amount, as I did not approve the fare or use the service.
This is the evidence that my Visa card was charged by Uber for a trip I did not confirm or take.
This document is a proof that Uber charged me for a trip I did not confirm or take on 27th March 2025. If I don't get a refund I will not use Uber in the future!
