Uber Call Ended In a Long Wait at The Door, The Driver Never Showed Up

I called an Uber to arrive 15 minutes early before my bus departure time. I waited at the door for 20 minutes for the driver who was supposed to arrive within 10 minutes. Despite trying to call them multiple times, the driver didn't answer my calls or provide any response. I had to cancel and call another driver since I couldn't reach them and couldn't get any service. Due to the unreachable and irresponsible driver, I missed my bus. This was my first experience with Uber. Their irresponsible behavior caused me both time and financial loss.
