Uber Eats Delivered the Wrong Burger King Order and Then Refused My Refund Request

On June 6 at 8:47 PM, I placed an order through Uber Eats from Burger King that included two Ranch Chicken burgers, french fries, two mini Nogger ice creams, and a one-liter cola. The total came to approximately $8. However, what arrived bore no resemblance to what I ordered or what I expected.
First, regular chicken burgers were sent instead of Ranch Chicken burgers. The burgers contained nothing but a wilted, spoiled piece of lettuce, the buns appeared to have been toasted to mask the fact that they were stale, and the chicken itself was not fit to eat. Despite specifically requesting no garlic mayo, regular mayo was used instead. On top of that, the ice creams did not match what I had selected — completely different products were sent.
I connected with live support through the app, explained the situation, and submitted photos of the items. I was told my refund request would be reviewed. Shortly after, I received a message stating that my request had been found ineligible for a refund and was denied. My order number is #112*****810.
I was harmed both by receiving incorrect and poor-quality food and by having a clearly legitimate complaint rejected for a refund. I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this order.
