Twitch offered me a one-month free Turbo membership trial, which I activated to try the service. However, I didn’t use Twitch at all during that month. When I checked my card transactions, I saw that Twitch had charged me ₺239.23 for the trial they labeled as “free.”
This charge is completely unnecessary for a service I didn’t even use. If I hadn’t noticed, they would have charged another ₺239.23 for November just three hours later. Twitch, I request an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. This experience is highly disappointing, and I expect better transparency in your billing practices. Please resolve this issue promptly to restore trust in your service.
