Unhelpful and Uninformed Staff of Turkish Airlines

On 24.08.2023, I purchased tickets for my family from Istanbul Airport to Elazig Airport. The flight TK 2646 was scheduled for 12:25 PM, and the check-in was completed at 11:10 PM. Since my father is ill, we requested a wheelchair at the entrance. My brother did not want to wait for the ticket process to avoid being late, but the staff member made him wait, saying the wheelchair would arrive soon and they could go together. However, they did not inform the inside staff. Later, my brother asked another staff member for directions and was misdirected, causing him to be late. He was then redirected to gate D, where more confusion ensued. Despite having 45-50 minutes left before the flight, we were unable to board the plane, adding to our already significant expenses. Due to my father's condition, we were severely inconvenienced by this mishap. We had to purchase new tickets out of necessity. We could have boarded without luggage, but the staff were too lazy to make a phone call, and unfortunately, we missed the flight. I am requesting a refund for the ticket price as soon as possible.
