I requested a wheelchair for my 80-year-old mother for her flight from Erzincan to Istanbul. The plane landed at 12:45 PM, and it is now 2:30 PM, yet my mother has not come out. Since she does not have a phone with her, I cannot reach her. Only two staff members are working to assist passengers with wheelchairs. When asked, they say they are bringing passengers in order. Planes keep landing, and the number of waiting passengers inside keeps increasing. It takes about 10 minutes for the staff to go inside and bring out a new passenger. These are disabled passengers who should be prioritized, yet they are being made to wait for hours inside. What logic justifies treating them in such an inhumane manner? If you employed 5-6 staff members to handle these wheelchairs, it would be much better for everyone, preventing people from waiting outside and elderly passengers from waiting inside. I strongly condemn your actions.
