Facebook Video Content Not Unlocked After Payment
On Facebook I paid 200 baht through Krungthai Bank to Flash Pay Co., Ltd. in order to unlock and watch specific video content, but even after the payment the content has not been unlocked and I still cannot watch it. The payment was completed successfully on 8 August 2569, and I have a digital transaction receipt from Krungthai Bank confirming the transfer of 200 baht to Flash Pay Co., Ltd. Despite this, the videos on the related Facebook page remain locked and I did not receive the service I paid for. I request that the issue be resolved urgently by unlocking all the paid content so that I can watch it as originally promised.
