I'm E** e** c***, but my ticket only had my first and middle names, so, I can't get on the flight right now, but I've already contacted THY to figure it out, four hours passed, still haven't heard anything back. I gotta board the flight soon, and I have no clue what to do. I sent my feedback with the file number TK-8533***, but it looks like THY isn't really paying attention to my problem. Why do I have to deal with this kind of problem? I really hope they can fix it soon. You also - make sure you double-check your ticket details when buying from THY! It's not worth freaking out and getting stuck at the airport over a little mistake.
