Turkish Airlines Partner Airline Imposed 5kg Pet Limit and Caused Travel Issues

Your email in response to my complaint is completely irrelevant to the issue I raised. I explained my question very clearly, and I am asking again because I need a solution. How can an airline that Turkish Airlines has an agreement with impose a 5kg baggage allowance for flying to South Korea, when traveling with Turkish Airlines? My cat, including its carrier, does not exceed 8kg, which aligns with Turkish Airlines' standards. Yet, despite paying a substantial amount for a ticket to Central Asia and enduring a journey of nearly 35 hours, why does Turkish Airlines allow its passengers with pets to be victimized by such agreements? Why am I, as a paying passenger, forced to use a connecting airline that only allows 5kg for pet transport? Turkish Airlines should partner with airlines that uphold their own 8kg standard or offer direct flights that accommodate pets. And while doing so, they should not demand absurd fees like ₺100,000. My school payment deadline is approaching, and I need this issue resolved urgently. Instead of apologizing, provide an immediate solution!
