Turkish Airlines Offering Minimal Refund for My Fully Refundable Prime Fly Ticket

On August 21, I purchased a Turkish Airlines Prime Fly ticket for an Istanbul-New York round trip (October 31 departure, November 8 return). I specifically chose the Prime Fly option to ensure a full refund in case of cancellation. Now that I need to cancel, instead of refunding the full amount of ₺22,000 as promised, Turkish Airlines is offering only ₺1,088.

This is unacceptable and misleading for customers who trust the Prime Fly policy. I demand a full refund as per the ticket terms and conditions. I urge Turkish Airlines to honor their promises and address this issue immediately to prevent others from facing similar problems. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment.
