Turkish Airlines Made Unfair Profit

I just bought a ticket from Turkish Airlines and it came with a baggage allowance of 23 kg. Unfortunately, when I reached Baku, I received the disappointing news that my ticket did not include any baggage allowance. I was then requested to make a payment of 134.35 manats. I was quite surprised by this experience, as it was not what I would have expected from Turkish Airlines. When it comes to booking tickets, I have complete trust in the largest airline in Turkey. Even though there were more affordable choices, I made the decision to go with Turkish Airlines, only to end up in this predicament. I kindly ask for a prompt refund of the charged amount.
