Turkish Airlines Luggage Wheel Breakage and Friction Damage

On 19.04.2024, I arrived in Istanbul from Antalya Airport on the 14:30 flight. After quickly retrieving my luggage, I went home. As I was tired, I only had the chance to unpack the next morning. When I picked up my luggage, it was covered in scratches related to friction. Additionally, the wheel of my luggage was broken, and the area where the wheel was attached was cracked and broken. It is impossible for me to return the luggage I borrowed from my friend in this condition. I am requesting a 'National Geographic n-2001 cabin size' luggage from THY! My friend, who traveled with me, had a new suitcase from the Samsonite store at Istanbul Airport purchased on 15.04.2024, and when we received it, the paint was peeled off, and it was scratched due to friction. THY must enforce measures regarding this issue. Cabin crew should be more careful! I encounter a problem with my luggage every time. On 24.04.2023, when I returned from Ankara to Istanbul, I received my luggage 1.5 hours late, wet, and waterlogged. I kindly request THY to initiate the necessary procedures.
