Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage With CPAP Machine and Returned It Damaged

During my international trip with Turkish Airlines, my luggage was first lost and later returned to me in a damaged condition. Despite submitting a compensation claim, I have yet to receive any response. My luggage contained a CPAP machine, as I am a severe apnea patient. Due to the loss of my luggage by Turkish Airlines, I was unable to sleep for several days. I requested that the airline provide a replacement CPAP machine until my luggage was located, but the company did not even respond to my request. I am seeking both financial and non-material compensation for this situation.
