Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Compensation Not Provided
THY flight TK 4315 departed from Cologne airport with a delay of 3 hours and 17 minutes. None of the passenger rights stated on the THY website for delayed flights were provided to me. After I submitted feedback to customer service regarding the issue, I was informed that all passengers were given a €15 voucher.
I did not receive such a voucher. When I asked who received my voucher, I did not get a response. Additionally, due to missing my connecting flight, I incurred expenses during the approximately 16-hour journey.
A THY representative informed me that these expenses would not be covered. THY continues to inconvenience passengers as usual. Companies that grow at the expense of our rights do not represent our country well. The indifferent attitude of customer service adds another dimension to the issue.
