WePlay Account Permanently Banned With Block Code 2008
For some time I have been using the WePlay voice chat and gaming application, registered in India and accessed on an Android device. Around 9 July 2026 my account was suddenly and permanently banned with Block Code 2008. After this block I completely lost access to my account, my previous in‑app purchases and all in‑app data, and I have not been able to log in again since then. My WePlay User ID is 297738***. The only information I received from WePlay was that my account allegedly violated the Community Guidelines and that Block Code 2008 was therefore applied. I was not given any specific explanation, evidence or detail about which rule I am supposed to have violated or what behaviour was considered a problem. I contacted WePlay Support several times after the ban in order to learn the real reason, but each time I was only told that the decision was final and that my account and device would remain permanently restricted, without any further clarification or a meaningful chance to respond. I also shared that I had made approximately ₹300–₹400 worth of in‑app purchases on this account, but this did not change the outcome and I still do not know what concrete behaviour triggered this penalty. I respectfully request that my account and device ban with Block Code 2008 be manually and carefully reviewed once more, that I be clearly informed about any real violation if it exists, and that my account access, in‑app purchases and data be restored, or at least that I be given one last chance to recover and continue using my account in full compliance with the Community Guidelines.
