Turkish Airlines Extra Charges Refund Issue for Unresolved Case
Last year, I attempted to check-in for my SAW-Dalaman flight 59 minutes before departure but was denied. I rescheduled my ticket normally. However, due to a system error, THY marked my ticket as 'no show'. I filed a case, and after review, it was confirmed that I was right, and I was informed that I could use my ticket on any domestic route within a year. When I tried to use the ticket, an exorbitant 'no show' fee was applied. I created a feedback case requesting the removal of this error from the system as I did not want to pay this fee unnecessarily. Despite calling multiple times and sending urgent messages, my case was answered very late and without properly reading my information. They responded with the same initial case response (7717008), stating that I should pay any 'no show' fee applied when purchasing the ticket and then request a refund. Exhausted from explaining and unable to resolve their errors, I purchased my ticket with PNR number uzixhx, paying ₺1487 for an economy package originally priced at ₺1550, using my open Premium package ticket number 2352486239675. It's truly unbelievable, I am at a loss for words! As I emphasized in my previous phone calls and feedback number 9237428, I want THY to cover the ₺100 difference caused by their delays, as the original ticket price was ₺1450 when I wanted to purchase it. I expect an urgent refund for the 'no show' fee and the ₺100 difference for the ticket I purchased.
