Turkish Airlines Didn't Cover My Baggage Damage After Flight
After my flight, I immediately reported the damage of my baggage at the airport. I followed the necessary procedures and provided all the required documents. However, they are now refusing to cover the damage to my baggage, claiming that I had previously reported damage to the same suitcase. The real situation is as follows: About 2 years ago, during another flight, the same suitcase was damaged. I had opened a claim for that and sent it for repair to the place I bought it from. When the company asked me for a repair invoice or a certificate stating it was irreparable, I did not provide any document or request any payment because my suitcase was repaired for free under warranty and returned to me in good condition. I see no connection between this previous incident and the current damage to my suitcase during this flight, and their refusal to cover it.
