Turkish Airlines Denied Me to Board
On January 8, 2024, I had a flight from Istanbul to Adana at 12:45 PM. While trying to get my ticket from the machines, a malfunction occurred, and I couldn't get my boarding pass. An employee directed me to the information desk, from where I was sent to another place, and I had to go to three different locations. By the time it was 12:43 PM, I was told that I needed to buy a new ticket. There was a ticket available for 14:15, and its price was ₺2300. I had already paid ₺1700 and when I asked why I needed to pay this high amount, I was told, 'That's how it is.' I didn't appreciate the employees' attitudes and expressed that I didn't want to pay this much. When I asked for help, all I got was 'We can't do anything.' I had already paid ₺1700, was there at 12:05 PM, and couldn't board the plane. I had to pay for the ticket again. I hope you can assist me with this matter. Thank you. Have a good day.
