Turkish Airlines Checked Baggage Items Missing After Flight

I travelled with Turkish Airlines on the LAX–CAI flight on 25 July, arriving on 26 July. On the day of arrival, when I opened my suitcase, I realized that several valuable gifts were missing from my checked baggage. Among the missing items were Nike products, Sephora gifts including a Valentino Donna Born in Roma perfume, and Adidas gifts including a Metalbone Carbon padel racket and accessories. The approximate total value of these missing items is around 900 USD. I immediately reported this to Turkish Airlines via the online missing property form and was given the reference number 2026178966. However, for more than three weeks I have not received any response or result from Turkish Airlines and my loss remains unresolved. I travel about four times a year and this is the first time I have ever experienced missing property from my luggage. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had, especially considering that I was travelling in business class and spent thousands of dollars on this ticket. I request that Turkish Airlines investigate this incident regarding my checked baggage and refund the full value of the missing Nike, Sephora and Adidas gifts, which is approximately 900 USD, as soon as possible.
