Turkish Airlines Charges Fines Twice for Cancelations and Rescheduling
I called customer service to cancel the flight of 2 tickets we bought from Turkish airlines. The customer services said that this was a penalty fee of 400+400 TL in total and 800 TL in total. We accepted this and paid 800 TL. Today, we called customer services to buy tickets again, and a penalty fee of 280 + 280 TL was requested from us again. First, we were not given such information. Secondly, if this was forwarded to me, I would demand the refund of this ticket. What a bullshit a ticket fines processing fee for a ticket. I have to take a flight on Monday, but I couldn't get the ticket because of this penalty. I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible. You brag that we are the best company in Europe, but you are emptying the pockets of your citizens of your own country.
