Turkish Airlines Boarding Pass Error and Gate Change

On October 27th, one and a half hours before my flight with reservation code uqlycs from Istanbul Airport, I printed my boarding pass and proceeded to the gate displayed on the screen. Shortly after, there was a gate change with no announcement made. Despite sending numerous unnecessary SMS messages, the airline failed to send a notification for something essential and did not inform the staff at the previous gate. Additionally, they presented absurd arguments that they are only responsible for changes made within one hour. Turkish Airlines, which claims to be a world-renowned brand, caused me to miss my business meeting, left me stranded at the airport due to no available seats on other flights, and led to a financial loss by not refunding the ticket cost. Is this the brand value and customer satisfaction they boast about? Moreover, my online research revealed that this situation has happened multiple times, causing inconvenience to many people. I am filing this complaint and demand that my grievance be addressed.
