Turkish Airlines Baggage Damage Compensation Issue

I flew with THY from Cologne to Ankara 2.5 months ago. They broke the wheel of my baggage. A compensation file was opened with THY: File No 2023117903. However, I have not received a satisfactory outcome so far. I paid 426€ for my baggage. Unfortunately, my baggage cannot be repaired because: 1. The same or similar wheel for my baggage cannot be found. 2. Even if it could be found (which is impossible), the wheel's teeth are broken and stuck inside the baggage, so a new one cannot be attached. Despite this situation, THY is offering me 86€, and I should be receiving additional financial compensation! I have been chasing my rightful compensation for 2.5 months. I filed a complaint through THY's complaint department, but I was unsuccessful again. The response I received is attached and is unbelievable. I am filing a complaint, and the response says such things can happen and to check the file developments here! No one is interested! They break an item I bought with my own money and then act like it's not their problem. Isn't THY a state institution? You are doing a great job of tarnishing your name. Congratulations!
