THY System Shows Pricing for the Same Flight Ticket
On August 22, I purchased a plane ticket months in advance for my flight from Buenos Aires to Istanbul. I paid a total of ₺36,000. Today, my friend who booked a ticket for the same flight and destination told me that the system showed a price of ₺22,000. Thinking that such a difference couldn't be possible, we compared the prices and encountered an unbelievable situation. While the same ticket on the same date from my account now shows ₺43,000, it shows ₺22,000 from another computer and account. My friend was able to buy the ticket I purchased months ago for ₺36,000 at ₺22,000. However, it became evident that the system shows ticket prices based on the passenger. My effort to save money by buying my ticket months in advance was useless, and I am now at a disadvantage because I cannot make any changes. I will exercise my legal rights regarding this issue.
