Today at 18:45, I took a flight from Istanbul Airport to Nevsehir. Despite seeing my luggage being sent to the baggage hold, it was nowhere to be found when I arrived at the destination airport. I went to the lost and found department, but they couldn't provide any information as it was under Turkish Airlines' responsibility. On top of that, while trying to locate my luggage, I missed the shuttle to the city center and had to take a taxi, costing me an hour's fare. I even purchased extra baggage allowance, but there's no luggage to be found! They have left me in a difficult situation, and no one is providing any information about my suitcase's whereabouts. I am extremely disappointed and will never choose your services again. Everyone should be aware of this issue.
