Snapchat Account Shows “Unknown Error” and Blocks Login
I have been unable to access my Snapchat account, which I had been using for a long time, for about five months. When I try to log in, I only see a message on the screen saying “An unknown error occurred, please try again.” I receive the same warning every time I attempt to log in, and as a result my account is effectively unusable.
I have not received any explanation about whether my account was banned or closed for any other reason, so I do not know why I cannot access it. My Snapchat account username is “Ali sözeri.” I would like to be clearly informed about why my account was closed or, if it was banned, the exact reason for the ban.
I request that my Snapchat account be reactivated, that any unfair ban or technical error be corrected, and that I be given a clear explanation regarding the issue.
