Ruffles Chips Contaminated With Strange White Fiber

When I purchased Ruffles Onion & Cheese flavored chips, I expected a certain level of quality and hygiene. However, while eating the chips after opening the package, I noticed a white, hair-like substance mixed among the chips. Discovering something like this while it was already in my mouth caused serious concern regarding hygiene and health, and it completely damaged my trust in the product.

I bought the product from a BİM store in Sultangazi, Istanbul. Unfortunately, I did not keep the date or batch number information printed on the package, so I cannot provide it. However, the incident is very recent—I consumed the product yesterday.

The presence of a foreign substance inside a packaged food product like this is unacceptable. I kindly request that the relevant authorities review hygiene controls during the production and packaging processes and take greater care and precaution to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again.
