THY Excessive Fees for Top-Level Ticket Change
I purchased a top-level ticket from THY for a trip departing on June 12 and returning on August 2. I initially paid an extra ₺5,000 in case I needed to make changes. When I wanted to change my return ticket from August 2 to August 11, they charged me an additional ₺18,000. I changed the ticket to August 18 and ended up paying an extra ₺9,000 in total. Now, I ask THY, why did you charge me an extra ₺5,000 at the beginning for one free change? Why did you then charge me an additional ₺9,000? Are you trying to recoup the sponsorship money you give to European basketball clubs from me? I paid reluctantly, but I do not forgive it. You have deceived me by taking this money from me both initially and now. Shame on you. I hope you refund my money. This unjust money you have taken will not bring you any good.
