Although it is stated in the international student ticket rules I bought from Turkish Airlines that only fees arising from class differences will be charged and no change fee will be charged, a change fee of 1341 TL and approximately 20 Euros is charged when changing the ticket. Even though I have created feedback twice, copy-paste answers are given. Despite the request to be called, I am not called, and similar answers are given again. Although the ticket I bought is around 130€ and the ticket I will buy is 160€, a difference of 50€ is required. If there is no change fee and the difference between the two tickets is 30€ (since both include tax, parking fee, etc. and ticket prices seen in the pictures), it is not explained why 50€ is requested. I will not buy a ticket from Turkish Airlines again, never. While the fee is not significant, it is unacceptable to rip people off and spend hours on customer service and not responding in detail.
