Shame on Turkish Airlines Because of Sneaky, Unfair, and Illegal Fees
Although it is stated in the international student ticket rules I bought from Turkish Airlines that only fees arising from class differences will be charged and no change fee will be charged, a change fee of 1341 TL and approximately 20 Euros is charged when changing the ticket. Even though I have created feedback twice, copy-paste answers are given. Despite the request to be called, I am not called, and similar answers are given again. Although the ticket I bought is around 130€ and the ticket I will buy is 160€, a difference of 50€ is required. If there is no change fee and the difference between the two tickets is 30€ (since both include tax, parking fee, etc. and ticket prices seen in the pictures), it is not explained why 50€ is requested. I will not buy a ticket from Turkish Airlines again, never. While the fee is not significant, it is unacceptable to rip people off and spend hours on customer service and not responding in detail. Disgrace.
